Certified eCommerce Executive
The eCommerce Executive Certification is focused on providing senior managers, executives, business owners and entrepreneurs the basic information they need to understand and manage the fraud risks associated with taking payments online and in the CNP channel.
Far too often companies get stuck with a bag of fraud tools, with no real solution or strategy to properly use them. The eCommerce Executive Certification isn't trying to make you an expert in chargeback management or on how to design a fraud strategy. Instead it is focused on making sure you have the information needed to be able to evaluate your company's exposure to fraud; to be able to evaluate your strategy to prevent fraud and to assess and manage your team of personnel charged with the day-to-day operational responsibility for these tasks.
The eCommerce Executive Certification prepares business leaders and entrepreneurs to be effectively oversee and evaluate payments and fraud risk management for their organization. Those who complete this certification will be able to evaluation, guide and lead strategic business planning processes related to payments and risk in the eCommerce channel.
